We ship via UPS. All orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days after purchase, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
For standard shipping orders ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.
For Express Shipping orders ship within 1 business days after purchase.
During sales Ex: Black Friday & Holiday sales, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground mail. UPS Ground mail will arrive to most zip codes within 3 business days.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or weather.
You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM HAS A DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION , BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR RUSH OR EXPRESS SHIPPING- PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.
ORDERS WILL START PROCESSING ON DATE ADVERTISED ON THE SITE- KLASSAIRE A LA MODE LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RELEASE DATES WITH PROPER NOTIFICATION TO CUSTOMER. ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS STARTING ON THE RELEASE DATE, OR THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE RELEASE DATE IF DATE ADVERTISED IS A HOLIDAY, WEEKEND, ETC.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS INCLUDING A PRE-ORDER VARIANT WILL NOT BE PARTIALLY FULFILLED, AND WILL SHIP AT THE TIME THE PRE-ORDER IS READY TO BE FULFILLED.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE SENT USING NORMAL SHIPPING RATES.
International packages we charge a flat rate of $22.00
Klassairé A La Mode is not responsible for additional shipping and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing goods.
If a package is returned to Klassairé A La Mode due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
WRONG ADDRESS/ REROUTED PACKAGES
If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $8.99 USD due prior to reshipment.
If an address error is made please email us as soon as possible after receiving your confirmation email. Once orders are shipped no changes can be made.
Once the item is shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact UPS to make any address changes.
If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office.
We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order conformation email.
IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN MISDELIVERED OR LOST- PLEASE PUT IN A CLAIM WITH USPS BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL TO INFO@KLASSAIREALAMODE.COM. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER.
